Whiskey Tasting Dinner at the Baker House on Friday. April 30, 2021 from 6-10pm.
Taste how the whiskey is made! Guests will be greeted with a glass of Stillman St. Chardonnay and Passed Appetizers, followed by a 30 min. Component Tatsing Seminar.
A Four Course Dinner will be served throughout the Interior Parlors.
Course One: Served with a Signature Vodka Cocktail, Grilled Shrimp in Bibb Lettuce with Cucumber Cream
Course Two: Served with Starlight Applejack, Apple and Cheese Empanadas with Cherry Honey
Course Three: Served with Starlight Carl T's Bourbon or Blackberry Whiskey Classic Manhattan, A dual plate of Grilled Filet Mignon with a Whiskey Pepper Cream and Seared Tuna with a Whiskey Strawberry Salsa, Served with Seasonal Vegetable and Potato
Dessert: Double Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake
