Your elegant dinner train starts with a Wisconsin cheese & sausage board, followed by a wedge salad, then enjoy a 10oz bone-in Bavarian pork chop braised with sauerkraut and pork belly pineapple bourbon chutney accompanied by mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
