The space
Welcome to the Shore House located on the shores of Lake Como. Lake Como is a quiet, non-crowded lake with a shallow bottom. The lake is approximately 9 feet at it's deepest, so it's a perfect lake for boating, tubing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and more! Centrally located just 3 miles west of downtown Lake Geneva and walking distance to the famous Mars Resort.

Master suite with king-size bed, smart tv, and desk
Secondary room has a queen sized bed
The third bedroom has a full over queen bunk

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience, one on each floor.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with professional grade Viking appliances and a large island with built in wine fridge. It has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. The dining table has seating for 6 with an additional 4 stools at the island.

Outdoor Amenities:
Relax lakeside and enjoy lake living on Lake Como. Lounge on the pier, deck, by the fire pit, or take a swim out to the lake platform. Grill out with our natural gas BBQ on the deck. There is a 4 person hot tub on the lower deck along with the "boat house" for drying off before going inside. We also have two kayaks available for use that can be dropped in on the ramp in the back yard.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property excluding the garage. You may dock a boat on the pier during your stay. The pier is in the water approximately April-October weather dependent.
Other things to note
Inquire with us about recommendations for boat and baby gear rentals. We partner with local professionals who are familiar with our property and can help prepare these items for your stay.

There is a ring doorbell camera located on the front main entry door.

This listing does not include access to the detached garage.

For the lucky ones staying for the 4th of July, you'll have an excellent view of the spectacular Geneva National fireworks display that will take place across the lake. You won't have to fight crowds and find parking, but instead will be able to enjoy them from the comfort of this home.
