Chocolate Making Workshop at the Geneva Inn

Join Executive Pasty Chef Chad Visger as he leads a chocolate making workshops at Geneva Inn on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 2-3:30pm. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to temper chocolate, make your own ganache, fill truffles and create fine chocolate decor to add an elegant touch to any dessert. Guests will make and take home six chocolate truffles and recipe cards to replicate what you learn at home.
