Geneva Lake Women's Association

Geneva Lake Women’s Association (GLWA) is happy to announce an upcoming fundraiser; GLWA will be hosting an evening of fun, food, and entertainment as we go back to the 60's Supper Club Era. Our event will be held on Friday April 6, 2018 at Celebration on Wells located at 422 S. Wells Street Lake Geneva.

Doors will open at 6pm, featuring a Dinner Buffet at $60 per person (note wine and spirits are not included in dinner price, buffet will open at 6:30pm). In keeping with the Supper Club theme the meal will include a plated
salad and relish tray at your table, the main dinner will be presented as a buffet featuring Chef Carved Prime Rib, Greek Style Chicken, mashed potato bar, and mixed vegetables, also included is a Brandy Alexander style dessert.

We will also feature live entertainment floor show to be performed by the wonderful David Allen Mehner starting 7:45pm.  Dancing is encouraged on this fun evening, so think Madman style/wear when you plan your throw back to the 60’s evening with us.

Proceeds from this event will benefit many local Walworth County charities that GLWA partners with, please visit our website http://glwa.net/ for additional details and to purchase tickets.  You may also contact Cathy

About Geneva Lake Women’s Association For over 30 years, Geneva Lake Women’s Association (GLWA) (a 501(c)3 organization), has supported those in need in immeasurable ways.  GLWA was originally an extension of the Lake Geneva Jaycees known as the Lake Geneva Jaycettes. This dedicated group of women devoted their time and talents to the community through direct service projects. In 1986, the group declared itself independent of the Jaycees and became the Geneva Lake Women's Association. Throughout its history, GLWA members have been innovators in developing and administering programs to answer the needs and issues facing the Greater Walworth County community including Meals on Wheels, Safety Town, Twin Oaks Shelter for the Homeless, and many, many more.  We raise funds through our various Committees and events that are geared to attracting a wide-range of community participation.  When we raise funds, we also raise hope and the spirits of those who are in need.
