The Scare on the Square will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 2-4 pm at Veteran's Park in Elkhorn (Downtown Square.) Kids can enjoy a drawing booth, scarecrow decorating, a bounce house, pumpkin decorating, drinks and snacks, as well as free giveaways!  There's a costume contest with prizes, too, with categories:1-3 Years Old, 4-6 Years Old, 7-9 Years Old, 10-12 Years Old and the best family group.
